The Simpatico Series continues! DuClaw Brewing Company Brewmaster Jim Wagner, and Chef Duane Smith, have teamed up to create an evening of craft beer paired with gourmet fare at DuClaw Brewing Company of Bel Air, Thursday, January 8th, at 7PM, featuring:

Reception
• Gridlock India Pale Lager

Roasted Poblano Pepper and Orange Cream Soup
Roasted poblano peppers and onions in orange cream broth.
• Paired with Misfit Red Amber Ale.
 
Pumpkin Fries and Mascarpone Dip 
Julienne Sugar Baby pumpkin fries with mascarpone honey pecan dip.
• Paired with Cantaloupe Saison.
 
Tempura Crab Shrimp
Shrimp battered in lump crab tempura, fried, served with orange whipped cream.
• Paired with Blood Orange Infused Neon Gypsy IPA.
 
Coffee Rubbed Filet Mignon
Coffee rubbed filet mignon, raspberry cream sauce, spaghetti squash and red peppers.
• Paired with Naked Fish Chocolate Raspberry Stout, Randall infused with whole bean chocolate raspberry coffee.
 
Dark Chocolate and Pumpkin Cheese Cake
Dark chocolate and pumpkin layered cheesecake topped with mango slices soaked in Retribution Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout. 
• Paired with Black Jack Russian Imperial Stout.
